• Account Information: Name, email, phone number, password (hashed), and profile details when you register or update your account.
• Design Data: Clothing designs, prompts, descriptions, measurements, reference images, and AI-generated outputs you create or upload in the App.
• Order & Communication Data: Project requirements, quotes, order history, messages, attachments, and interactions between customers and tailors.
• Device & Usage Data: IP address, device identifiers, app version, log data, crash reports, and analytics (e.g., page views, feature usage) to improve performance and reliability.
• Payment Data: Limited billing metadata processed via our payment provider(s). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2) How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its AI-assisted design features.
• Facilitate matching and collaboration between customers and tailors for manufacturing.
• Enable messaging, file sharing, quotes, orders, and project tracking.
• Personalize your experience and recommend relevant tailors or design options.

• With Tailors: Relevant project details, design data, and communications needed to quote, manufacture, and deliver your order.
• Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, AI inference, content moderation, notifications, and payment processing—bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Legal & Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and security of Bevok, users, and the public.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the continuation of protections consistent with this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
