Bevok provides a platform that connects customers with tailors and allows users to generate and share designs using AI tools. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2) Accounts & Responsibilities

When you create an account with Bevok, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3) User Content

Users may upload, create, or share designs, images, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your content but grant Bevok a limited license to use, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the App and fulfill orders. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your content.
• Your content does not infringe on third-party rights or violate laws.
• You will not upload harmful, offensive, or unlawful material.

4) Orders & Payments

When placing an order through Bevok:

• Tailors are responsible for providing accurate quotes and fulfilling orders.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing order details before confirming.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers; Bevok does not store full payment details.
• Bevok is not liable for disputes between customers and tailors but may assist in resolution where possible.

5) Limitations of Liability

Bevok is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bevok and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

7) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the App with a new Effective Date. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.
